Bookings must be made at least 1 (one) day before the departure date.
For large groups (15 persons or more), booking is recommended at least 2 (two) days in advance.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the departure time are eligible for a 100% refund. Bank transfer fees or administrative charges (if any) will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable.
No-Show (failure to appear at the pickup location without prior notice) is non-refundable.
The refund process will be completed within 3–7 working days after cancellation confirmation.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling can be requested at least 24 hours before departure (subject to availability).
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before departure may incur an administrative fee of 50%.
Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking.
4. Waiting Time Policy
The driver will wait a maximum of 1 (one) hour from the agreed pickup time.
If the guest does not show up or cannot be contacted, the booking will be considered a No-Show and payment will be forfeited.
Vehicle usage time is calculated from the agreed pickup time.
5. Payment Policy
Full payment must be completed before the tour begins.
Payment can be made via agreed official payment methods.
6. Liability Policy
Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Ocera Bali Tour is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. Force Majeure
Route changes or cancellations may occur due to conditions beyond our control.
In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduling option.
8. Health & Safety
Guests are expected to be in good health when joining the tour.
9. Agreement
By making a booking and payment, guests are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.
